To promote its event, we designed and printed 8cm round labels for our customer COGITE.
The labels were printed on HD vinyl with die-cutting. This technical choice was inherent in the fact that the customer didn’t need a large quantity, and the option of offset printing didn’t allow us to meet the deadline.
A coworking space is a community. Community members have different skills, interests and goals, but they also share a common space that they can use as they see fit.
The aim of a coworking space is to put people at ease, so they can work more creatively and efficiently than they would at home or in an office building.
It’s important for members of a coworking space to feel like they’re at home, away from home. One way of achieving this is by using attractive labels for printers and other equipment.
Labels can help create a sense of community by giving members the opportunity to express themselves. They can also provide information on where objects are located in the space and how to use them properly.

Labels are one of the most important elements of a coworking space. They help define the space, provide information about it and encourage interaction between coworkers. The design of an office label should be consistent with the overall branding strategy, as well as with the visual identity of the coworking space.
The design process must also take into account the following elements:
The location and size of your label. The most common locations for labels in shared workspaces are around doors, on walls and on desks. When designing labels for these locations, it’s important to consider their size and orientation (horizontal or vertical).
If you’re using a label printer that prints directly onto a sheet of adhesive paper (such as an HP DesignJet), you need to choose a sheet size that exactly matches your needs, without wasting space. If you’re using a laser or inkjet printer with cut-sheet labels, you have more options. You can choose from standard formats such as 5″ x 8″ or 8 1/2 x 11″, but if none of these are exactly what you need, you can also have customized formats printed through online stores such as Sticker Mule or Vistaprint.
