ATUGE Forum Stage Backdrop
Digital Syndrom was responsible for designing the 2017 ATUGE Forum stage backdrop.
Among the items prepared by the agency, we designed all the signage for our client, especially the 9m x 2.5m conference stage backdrop.
The design incorporated the 2017 Forum’s graphic charter.

The design of the backstage area for an event depends on the type of event, theme, objectives, and the atmosphere you want to create. Here are some general ideas for designing a successful backstage area:
Theme and Concept: Define a theme for the event and ensure the backstage design aligns with it. Whether it’s a formal, casual, artistic, or corporate event, the theme should be visually represented.
Logo and Branding: Incorporate the event or sponsor logos visibly but aesthetically on the backstage area. Use panels, banners, or visual elements that reinforce the event’s brand.
Lighting: Lighting is crucial. Use creative lighting to highlight the backstage area. Spotlights, colored LED lights, and lighting effects can add a unique ambiance.
Backdrops and Décor: Use backdrops that match the event’s theme. This could include printed panels, patterns, or even artistic installations. Décor elements may include sculptures, artistic objects, or items related to the event’s message.
Visual Elements: Integrate screens, video projections, or LED displays to show promotional videos, graphic animations, or relevant event information.
Practical Features: Ensure the backstage area is functional. Plan for storage spaces for equipment, electrical outlets for charging, and convenient access for performers and speakers.
When designing the backstage area, consider both aesthetics and functionality. Create a space that is visually impressive and also simplifies event logistics.
