We took on the Community Management mission for our client CAP (Chartered Accountant Partners).

Digital Syndrom handles the following social networks:

• LinkedIn
• Google+

We have undertaken a real strategy for community management on LinkedIn by creating showcase accounts (services) for CAP, as well as personalizing signed emails to encourage our customers’ partners to subscribe to this network.

We began our mission by setting up :

• Fan recruitment campaigns

• comprehensive reporting on the agency’s activities and results.

Definition of Community Management

Community management is a concept that has grown in importance over the last decade, as social networking sites have become a natural part of everyday life.
