TABC sponsoring file

Our agency designed and printed the sponsorship dossier for our client TABC for the Bamako operation, as well as the annual program for 2016.

The brochure is in A4 closed format, A3 open format with 12 pages for the sponsorship file and 16 pages for the program.

Printing was carried out on 250g digital offset coated paper, with matt lamination of the cover.

To design and print a sponsorship folder, follow the steps below:

1. Define needs and objectives: Identify the objective of the sponsorship dossier, e.g. to obtain partners or sponsors for an event, project or organization. 4. Use of visual elements: Use photos, images, graphics and infographics to make the sponsorship package visually appealing and convincing. Be sure to use high-quality, relevant images to reinforce the message you want to convey to sponsors.
5. Review and correct: Before printing the folder, be sure to carefully review all information, checking spelling, grammar and consistency of layout. Ask others to review the file for additional comments and corrections.
6. Folder printing: Look for a professional printer specializing in corporate or marketing folders. Ask for recommendations, compare prices and evaluate the quality of samples. Be sure to supply design files in the format required by the printer.
7. Assembling the folder: Once the pages have been printed, assemble them in the appropriate order and add binding elements such as staples, spirals or pockets. Make sure the folder is professionally and neatly presented.
8. Kit distribution: Prepare a list of potential targets for sponsorship kit distribution. This may include local businesses, partner organizations, influential individuals, etc. Be sure to personalize each folder according to the target, and add a personalized cover letter if necessary.
