This operation consists of setting up the following missions:
– Writing content and/or researching external resources, offering customers a choice of content relevant to their business.
– Graphic design of visuals: menus, promotions, games, etc.
– Publication and scheduling of articles according to the best time to post & best day to post. Automated publication on the customer’s Facebook, Instagram.
– Sponsorship of publications on the Tunisian market to increase visibility
– Fan recruitment every month.
– Moderation of the page and reporting at the end of each month.
The role of community manager is becoming increasingly common in the business world. Community managers work in companies across all sectors, but their role varies enormously depending on the industry and their personal positioning within the company.
A community manager is responsible for managing a forum or community of people and engaging, listening to and guiding its members in a variety of ways.
In many ways, he acts as a liaison officer, a source of information and a support person for the community.
This can be done by answering members’ questions, generating content to help answer members’ questions, contributing quality posts to generate discussion and/or bringing a conventional customer service perspective to the forums.
The community manager often wears several hats: participant, moderator, implementer and main community communicator.
