We designed and printed a document holder for our client ASF at the “Justice Transitionnelle en deux mots” event.

The document holder was 23 x 32cm closed, 47 x 47.5cm open, 350g matt coated with matt lamination, die-cutting, gluing and creasing.

A briefcase is a file containing important company documents. The purpose of creating and printing a briefcase is to ensure that all employees are aware of their obligations, rights and responsibilities within the company.

What information should be included?

The importance of designing and printing a briefcase in a company’s communications policy

The briefcase is an important part of any corporate communication. It is used to store documents that need to be consulted regularly, such as memos, notices and other important documents. These may include marketing documents, promotional material or information on current sales promotions. A document holder can also be used to store stationery items such as pens and pencils, highlighters and tape dispensers.

The main purpose of a briefcase is to ensure that all staff members have access to the same information at all times. When employees are able to access the same information at all times, it’s easier for them to communicate with each other when needed. This means that work can be carried out more efficiently by reducing confusion about what needs to be done, or when it needs to be completed.

By centralizing all documents, it’s also easier for employees to find what they need when they need it. If several people are working on different projects within the same department or office, storing everything in one place means everyone has equal access to everything they need at any time, without having to go through multiple steps simply because someone else has taken a document instead of them before.
