We designed and printed t-shirts for our client ASF for the “transitional justice in two words” event.

The agency reworked one of the logos in vector format, and set up a B&W version for one-color screen printing.

To prepare a screen-printed T-shirt for a professional event, follow these steps:

1. Define the design: Create an attractive, professional design for the T-shirt using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva. Make sure the design is consistent with your corporate or event identity.
2. Choose T-shirt and size: Select the type of T-shirt you’d like to use. Choose high-quality, comfortable options to ensure participant satisfaction. Also determine the different sizes available to meet the needs of all participants.
3. Find a screen printing supplier: Look for a supplier specializing in screen printing on T-shirts. Ask for recommendations, consult reviews from previous customers and request samples to assess the quality of their work.
4. Prepare files for printing: Make sure you supply design files in an appropriate format (usually a vector file such as AI, EPS or PDF). Also check whether the supplier has specific specifications for colors, sizes and print locations.
5. Determine printing details: Discuss with the screen-printing supplier details such as ink colors, print location (front, back, sleeves, etc.) and quantity of T-shirts to be printed. Be sure to clarify deadlines, costs and any additional personalization options (such as individual names).
6. Approve the sample: Before you start mass printing, ask for a printed sample to check the quality of the final rendering. Check colors, details and make sure the result matches your expectations.
7. Place the order: After confirming the sample, place your final order with the supplier. Be sure to provide all necessary information, such as sizes, quantities and any additional instructions.
8. Track production and delivery: Be sure to communicate regularly with the supplier to monitor production status and expected delivery date. You can also request order progress updates if necessary.

Don’t forget to allow enough time for production and delivery to ensure that the T-shirts will be ready before the trade event.
