
At the request of one of our customers, who was looking to renew his contract with his agency, we set up a specific study:
SERP, or Search Engine Results Page, analysis is an essential tool for understanding a website’s ranking on search engines. It enables you to visualize a site’s position in relation to its competitors for targeted keywords.
For our client, we carried out a specific analysis focusing on Google’s Tunisian server. Indeed, it’s important to understand how a site is positioned in a specific region, as this can affect its visibility and traffic.
In addition to this, we also carried out a competitive analysis, comparing our client’s positions with those of his main competitors on the same keywords. This enabled us to determine our client’s strengths and weaknesses in relation to its competitors, and to draw up a strategy for improving its SEO.
Thanks to this SERP analysis, we were able to identify keywords that had the potential to drive traffic to our customer’s site. We then used these keywords in our SEO campaigns to optimize their search engine positioning.

Competitive analysis is a crucial step in any SEO strategy. It enables us to understand the market in which we operate, and to identify our competitors’ strengths and weaknesses in terms of SEO positioning.
By analyzing competitors’ sites, we were able to determine the keywords they use, their content, their backlinks and their presence on social networks. This information enabled us to understand how they position themselves on search engines and what strategies they use to achieve this.
