In professional paperwork, letterhead is an essential correspondence document. It is mainly used for simple communication or commercial purposes (sending invoices/notices, sharing documents, etc.). The paper contains information about the sender, such as the company acronym, address and logo. Discover the process we followed for our customer Forward Call Center, from the design to the printing of their letterhead.

Project analysis

Product design based on graphic design

First of all, the customer discusses the graphic design of the letterhead with our creative team. They specify the graphic details and communications they would like to see on the paper. These may include color tones, decorative motifs or corporate identity information. With these requirements in mind, it’s then imperative for the customer to choose a design from among those on offer. In the production phase, the paper is printed from the template file.

Offset printing: a decisive technique

Here, we useoffset printing. To maintain a certain quality while producing a minimum quantity, this technique is very popular. It reduces printing time, which offset doesn’t, and is well suited to paper media, unlike digital. Personalization is also greatly facilitated, especially for products such as letterheads.
