Euronics work vest

We made vests for the Euronics sales team, to be used as work uniforms. The vests were customized with silkscreen and flex on the heart side.

To manufacture and customize work jackets with screen printing, follow these steps:

1. Choose the type of work vest: There are different types of work vest, such as sleeveless, long-sleeved and short-sleeved. Select the type of vest that best suits your needs, based on the work environment and your employees’ preferences.
2. Select the material: Work vests can be made from a variety of materials, such as cotton, polyester or fabric blends. Choose a durable, comfortable material that meets the requirements of your working environment.
3. Design the personalization: Think about how you want to personalize the work vests. You can include your company name, logo, employee name and possibly additional information such as position or contact number. Make sure your personalization is clear and easy to read.
4. Choose the screen printing technique: Screen printing is a common method used to personalize workwear. This technique involves transferring ink through a finely woven mesh screen onto the vest fabric. Be sure to choose a qualified printing service to carry out this step.
5. Prepare design files: Provide the printer with design files containing the visual elements you wish to print on the work jackets. Make sure the files are of high quality and in a format supported by the printer (e.g. AI or EPS vector file).
6. Get samples: Before ordering a large number of customized work vests, ask the printer to produce a sample to make sure the print quality matches your expectations. Also check the comfort and size of the vest before going into mass production.
7. Go into series production: Once you’re satisfied with the sample, go into series production. Let the printer know how many customized work jackets you need, and agree on a delivery date.
8. Distribute work vests: Distribute customized work vests among your employees. Make sure each employee receives a vest in the right size, and check that they are satisfied with the product’s quality and comfort.
