Brazilian Ambasade Invitation

We designed and printed an invitation for our client, the Brazilian Embassy.

The invitation is 15×21 cm, printed in full color on 170-gram mat coated paper.

Invitation cards are a very important part of an embassy’s communications policy. They enable contact to be maintained with friends and relatives of staff, and can also be used to invite people from other countries to various events organized by the embassy.

The importance of designing and printing an invitation card

Embassies are the face of their country abroad. They maintain relations with local authorities, businesses and citizens from all walks of life. As such, they need to make a good impression on people through their communications policy. One way of doing this is by issuing an invitation card. It’s an important tool for promoting your country’s culture, history and economy around the world.

Invitation cards can be used for many purposes, including

invite people to an event organized by your country’s embassy or consulate general abroad

Invite people to visit your country’s embassy or consulate general abroad

Announce any new changes in the host country’s visa, immigration or other foreign relations policies.
