Plexiglas display for Digital Home

We designed several Plexiglas stands for our customer Digital Home.

Scales, razor holders, magnetic and self-adhesive price signs and camera holders are just some of the products designed.

The Plexiglas used is 2mm and 4mm. The agency set up the technical files for each support.

To design and manufacture a Plexiglas display, follow the steps below:

1. Define needs and objectives: Identify the intended use of the Plexiglas display, e.g. for displaying products, brochures or samples. Also determine the display’s objectives, such as visual appeal, functionality, ease of use or portability.
2. Measure and design the display: Take precise measurements of the products or items that will be displayed on the display. Using 3D design software or working with a design professional, create a digital representation of the Plexiglas display. Choose the type of Plexiglas, thickness and color according to the desired aesthetics and required strength.

4. Purchase materials and tools: If you decide to make the display yourself, you’ll need to purchase the Plexiglas sheets, screws, adhesives and other items required for fabrication. Make sure you have the appropriate tools, such as Plexiglas knives, drills, fastening systems, etc.
5. Manufacturing protocol: Follow the manufacturing protocol you’ve drawn up using your skills and the precise measurements you took earlier. Cut the Plexiglas sheets to the required dimensions, assemble the various parts of the display and fasten them together. Make sure that the fabrication is precise and that all connections are solid and secure.
6. Polish and clean: Once the display has been assembled, be sure to polish the edges of the Plexiglas to make them smooth and burr-free. Clean off any residue or fingerprints with a cleaner specially formulated for Plexiglas, to make it shiny and transparent.
7. Check stability and safety: Make sure the Plexiglas display is stable and safe for product display. Test it to make sure it can bear the weight it’s designed to carry, and that it’s sturdy and secure.
8. How to use the display: Once the Plexiglas display has been manufactured and checked, place your products, brochures or samples on the display in accordance with the initial design. Make sure the display is placed where it will be clearly visible and accessible to your customers or visitors.
