For the transitional justice event organized by our client ASF, we printed a 3m x 1m banner on coated canvas to be used at the press conference at the Majestic Hotel in Tunis, the theme of which was “Victimized region” of Kasserine, a first in transitional justice.
In recent years, the use of banners as a means of communicating with the public has grown considerably. Banners are now considered an integral part of any campaign or event. They are used by organizations of all sizes, from local community organizations to large corporations, and for a wide variety of purposes.
Banners can be used to announce an event or promote an organization’s services. They can also be used to raise public awareness of community issues and problems. It’s important that banners are designed correctly so that they can communicate their message effectively.
The design of a banner should reflect what it’s trying to say. If it’s promoting an event, it shouldn’t look like a simple advertisement. If it’s promoting a topic, it needs to be eye-catching enough to make people stop and read it before moving on.

The importance of design and print is not limited to the corporate sector. To communicate effectively with its target audience, an NGO needs a well-designed banner. This not only attracts more people, but also encourages them to stay longer.
The first thing to do when designing your banners is to make sure they are legible. This means they should be printed in a font size large enough for people to read them easily from a distance. You also need to ensure that the color combination used on the banner is neither too light nor too dark, as this can lead to eye strain in people viewing it from a distance. In addition, you should avoid using images, as they distract people from what they came for (i.e. to read your message).
To make sure you choose the right size for your banner, measure the area where you plan to install it and choose a banner with dimensions similar to these measurements (for example, if you have a ceiling height of 7 meters, choose a banner with a width of 7 meters).
