By extension, in the contemporary vocabulary of the world of advertising, particularly point-of-sale advertising (POS), a kakemono is a poster or panel printed on a flexible, plastic-coated support that can be unrolled; it is designed for exhibitions with a light infrastructure. It often includes a self-supporting structure that allows the panel to stand upright8.
In the lexicon of point-of-sale advertising, it’s also known as a roll-up, banner, roll-up or totem9.
LJT set up in Tunisia in 2006 mainly to support our customers and our European markets.
The site is located in Gammarth, north of Tunis and 15 minutes from the airport.
The site is ISO 9001 : 2015 and IATF 16949 : 2016 certified. It operates to Group standards; projects are managed in France and then transferred to Tunisia.
The site covers an area of 2700 m², divided into 3 production units for fifty people, with modern, high-performance machinery, the fruit of a sustained investment policy:
injection of molded parts and O-rings in rubber, silicone rubber, liquid silicones and thermoplastics
cutting of soft materials (rubber, foam, composites, cork, paper…)
assembly to provide you with a complete solution
To increase synergies and secure transfers, the site is now equipped with an automatic optical 3D measuring machine, identical to the one used on our site in France.
Our laboratories now have the same capacities and resources.
