We designed an emailing for the EM de Normandie Master grande Ecole campaign for our client UIK.

The mailing base was 140,000 BtoB email addresses.

The email also included a link to a contact form and social media links.

The importance of email design in a university’s communications policy

Emailing is an essential part of a university’s communication strategy. It is used for official business, internal communication and external communication.

Emailing is used for official business when sending messages to colleagues and students. For example, emails can be sent to student associations or academic departments to inform them of upcoming events. This keeps everyone up to date with what’s happening on campus.

Emailing is also used for internal communication between staff members. For example, if your work schedule changes or you have to cancel a meeting due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll send out an email to let everyone know what’s going on.

Finally, emailing is used for external communication with people outside the university, such as parents or prospective students who wish to study at our school. For example, the marketing department could send an e-mail announcing an open day at our school, during which potential applicants would receive information about our courses and other benefits offered by our school, such as financial aid or scholarships.
