Invitation Embassy of Brazil 2

We designed and printed 500 envelopes and invitations for our client, the Brazilian Embassy.

12cmx18cm invitations and 11cmx17cm invitations with monochrome (B&W) printing.

The invitation is the first step in your communication policy. It sets the tone for your entire event, and must therefore be carefully designed.

To get the most out of your invitation, you need to think about what it says about your brand and how it will be received by potential attendees. Here are a few tips:

Make sure that all elements are consistent with the other communication materials you’ve produced. This includes colors, logos, fonts, etc.

Do not use text that is too small or difficult to read. If you must use a font other than Arial or Times New Roman, keep it as simple as possible so that it can be easily read by people of all ages without glasses or high-contrast screens.

Be careful when using illustrations or graphics on invitations, as these elements can make reading difficult for disabled people (especially those who are color-blind).
