Houda Hotels Mother’s Day Email Campaign
To celebrate Mother’s Day, we launched an email marketing campaign for Houda Hotels.
Our mission included:
- Adapting the design concept into an 800 x 600px web format
- HTML coding and insertion of external links
The client managed the distribution to their internal customer database.

Every business needs a communication policy, and email is an essential part of it. Email marketing is one of the most cost-effective ways to communicate with your customers, so it’s important to use it wisely.
Email design plays an important role in how people perceive your business. It is therefore important to ensure that your emails look professional and are easy to read.
Here are some tips to improve the look and feel of your emails:
Keep it simple – For best results, stick with black text on a white background. Use larger fonts for titles and smaller fonts for paragraphs and lists. Don’t use fancy images or fonts, as they can cause problems with certain email clients or devices (such as tablets).
Use bullet points – They are easy to digest, especially when paired with numbered lists, which are also useful for breaking up long paragraphs.
Keep paragraphs short – You don’t want your reader to have to scroll through multiple lines at once! Make sure each paragraph is no more than 2-4 sentences, depending on the length of your message.
Use bold sparingly – Bold characters are only effective when used sparingly; if you use too many bold words in an email, it becomes more difficult to make them stand out.
