Stories are usually casual and include things like people’s daily activities, a look at the user’s day, or simply a fun video or photo.

While Instagram has had the ability to post photos for several years, stories take this idea a step further and allow users to show off their lives in a more personal way.

The benefits of Instagram stories

There are many benefits to regularly making instagram stories, including:
