Our agency is bound by a MAV website maintenance contract. Media Audio Visuel is one of our long-standing customers, and has signed a maintenance contract with the agency:

• CORE wordpress update
• Updating plugins
• Theme update
• Level 1 backups with a physical copy on our company’s Dropbox
• Setting up level 2 backups with a copy in the cloud

The maintenance contract has been for 2 years since 2017.

The MAV website is a Woocommerce e-commerce site. The agency handled two major operations:

• theme change in 2017. The old version was installed in 2014.
• Re theme change in 2019 to a more stable, higher-performance version.
